If any paid diagnostics are necessary your technician will tell you first. • You must have an internet connection available and be present at your computer to start a remote session. • You can prepay for credit at one of our locations, or use your credit card at the time of service. • We will never call you unsolicited. If you aren’t sure it’s us on the phone hang up - and call our office to confirm. • A Technician cannot remote into your computer without your permission. • By scheduling an appointment you agree to our Terms of Service
